I'd recommend contacting your license seller and ask to convert the license from ESET EAV for Windows to ESET EAV for Linux desktop so that you are eligible for a replacement product when the current legacy version reaches EOL and updates are terminated.

Hello,I had a running license with my NOD32 Linux , I had to move computers and re-install everything , I have removed the NOD32 from the old system , and I have installed in the new system once I try to activate I do receive that the username/password are invalid , I can post the username of the license but I don't know if it's allowed if you'd like to check it up , but still I can't use my license nor I can use the other one that I bought for other PCs.
Yes I know that my friend , but unfortunately I buy only cd-keys , so I am only provided with cd-keys , but nevermind the first license I have it , but I can no more use it because it's still stuck on my old installation
I have resolved it , forum staff can help you with this , but in my case I had to buy a license directly from ESET or direct eset partner , and not any other reseller , someone will reply to you about this matter , don't worry.
When you have purchased a license for an ESET product, you have received an email from ESET containing your ESET-issued Username and Password. This email is delivered to the email address used at the time of purchase.
ESET introduced a new License Key (previously known as Activation Key) that replaces Username/Password license credentials. Therefore you will need to convert your Username/Password credentials here to activate latest ESET products.
You can renew your license with renew discount up to 60 days before it expires, or up to 60 days after. Existing customers with valid licenses can upgrade to the latest version of their ESET product for free. For more details about upgrading to the latest version read the Knowledgebase article.
Replacing Username and Password with License Key will not have any effect on your license. The License key represents a unique string in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX which is used for identification of the license owner and for activation of the license as well as the license credentials. 2ff7e9595c
